Vasopressors and Inotropes in Acute Shock

As a fourth year medical student rotating in the MICU I found myself a little lost in the mysterious world of vasopressors and inotropes. Revisiting basic physiology and turning to the primary literature, I created this video summarizing an approach to basic shock management with a focus on fluids, vasopressors, and inotropes targeted at clinical-level medical students.
